Your responsibilities :

As part of the Professional Services team, under the responsibility of the Professional Services manager, the GIS Analyst will:

• Contribute to supporting the customer in the generation of advanced or specific products.
• Ensure level 2 support by providing customers with expert answers adapted to their needs and by accompanying them in the use of our tools.
• Participate in demonstrations of our platform to present its features and the benefits it brings to customers.
• Contribute to the creation of new products by participating in the design of algorithms and proposing improvements to our existing tools.
